These terms explain how rental enquiries work. They are a draft summary and should be reviewed by a qualified adviser before being relied on. The final agreement for any rental is the written rental agreement you are given before you collect a vehicle.
Enquiries and availability
Listing a vehicle on this site is not an offer to rent it. Availability, rental price and deposit are confirmed with you directly, usually over WhatsApp, and a rental is only agreed once both sides have confirmed it.
Driver eligibility
Drivers must hold a full, valid driving licence and meet the age and experience requirements we confirm with you. We may decline an enquiry where those requirements are not met.
Insurance
Insurance requirements and what is covered will be explained to you before the rental starts. You must not drive a vehicle until insurance is confirmed in writing.
Deposit
Where a deposit is required, the amount and the conditions for returning it are confirmed before the rental starts.
Collection and return
Collection location, times and return condition are agreed in advance. The vehicle must be returned in the condition it was collected, allowing for fair wear and tear.
